GTD (Getting Things Done)

개인적인 생산성 시스템.

마음 속에 있는 것들과 끝나가는 일은 역의 관계를 가지고 있다.

GTD methods는 마음속에 있는 모든 관심, 관련된 정보, 사건, 업무, 계획 등을 제거하고,

그것을 외부로 이동시킨 뒤, 그들을 known time limits를 활용하여 실행 가능한 업무 요소로 나눈다.

GTD는 외부 알림장치에 의존하며, 분산인식(distributed cognition), 근육두뇌(extended mind) 이론의 적용사례로 보일 수 있다.

Steps

관심, 관련된 정보, 이슈, 해야할 일, 목표를 외부에 기록하는 것으로 마음속에서 제거.
known time limits를 활용하여 실행가능한 단위의 업무로 나눈다.

(이것은 위의 목록을 떠올리는 것 대신, 직관적으로 외부에 기록된 목록의 각 업무에 관심을 집중시키도록 한다.)

Goal

무엇보다 우선 일을 하도록 하며 생각을 종이에 적어 정리를 최대한 빠르게 하도록 하여,
(To encourage the user to get their tasks and ideas out and on paper and organized as quickly as possible,)
그들이 시간과 업무, 집중에 관한 것을 task를 쉽게 관리하고 파악할 수 있도록 한다.

Mechanism

가장 짜증나거나, 관심밖의 것 혹은 관심있는 것을 선택하면, 그들을 "incomplete"라고 규정한다.
"incomplete"에 대한 성공적인 결과에 대한 설명은 완결로 판단되는 기준에 따라 하나의 문장으로 작성된다.
다음 "incomplete" 업무의 완성을 위해 취해야 할 것은 기록하는 것이다.

(문제가 라벨링으로 구분이 되고 나면, 잠정적인 이점을 기대하는 작업을 완수한 것으로 인해서, 심적으로 스트레스를 넘어 다음단계로 이동할 수 있다.)
스스로의 판단은 이 과정의 단계를 거치고 나서 경험하는 감정에 의해서 만들어 지는 것이다.
